Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

For in-stock items, please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For pre-order, made-to-order or limited-production pieces, the estimated production and dispatch time will be stated on the product page or at checkout. Some pieces may take approximately 2–8 weeks to produce and dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

United Kingdom Shipping

We offer complimentary tracked shipping within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 1–3 working days.

International Shipping

We offer complimentary tracked international shipping to selected countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 5–14 working days, depending on the destination, courier service and customs processing.

Complimentary shipping does not include import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly shown as included at checkout.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by customs or courier disruptions. If your parcel is delayed, please contact studio@ofyoubecause.com with your order number and we will assist with the courier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact studio@ofyoubecause.com with your order number. We will investigate the shipment with the courier and assist you where possible.
