Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

For in-stock items, please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For pre-order, made-to-order, or limited-production pieces, the estimated production and dispatch time will be stated on the product page or at checkout. Some pieces may take approximately 2-8 weeks to produce and ship.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

UK Shipping

We offer free tracked UK shipping.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 1-3 working days.

International Shipping

We offer complimentary tracked international shipping to selected countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 5–14 working days, depending on the destination, courier service and customs processing.

Complimentary shipping does not include import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly shown as included at checkout.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by customs or courier disruptions. If your parcel is delayed, please contact studio@ofyoubecause.com with your order number and we will assist with the courier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at studio@ofyoubecause.com with your order number. We will contact the courier and assist where possible.

Returns & Cancellations

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting studio@ofyoubecause.com. Once your return has been approved, you will have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Items should be returned unworn other than for reasonable inspection, with all original tags attached and in their original condition.

UK returns are complimentary. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
