Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

For in-stock items, please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For pre-order, made-to-order, or limited-production pieces, the estimated production and dispatch time will be stated on the product page or at checkout. Some pieces may take approximately 2-8 weeks to produce and ship.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

UK Shipping

We offer free tracked UK shipping.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 1-3 working days.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to selected countries.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 5-14 working days, depending on destination, courier service, and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

O.Y.B is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at studio@ofyoubecause.com with your order number. We will contact the courier and assist where possible.
