Returns & Refunds

We hope you are happy with your order. If you need to return an item, please read the policy below.

Returns

For online orders, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

To request a return, please email studio@ofyoubecause.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all labels, tags, packaging, garment bags, and any accessories included.

Please take care when trying on garments. Items returned marked, damaged, scented, worn, washed, or without original packaging may not be accepted, or a deduction may be made from the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If a customer paid for a standard delivery charge, the standard delivery cost will be refunded where required. If a customer selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery amount may be refunded.

Please note that payment providers and banks may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee exchanges, as many O.Y.B pieces are produced in limited quantities.

If you need a different size, please email studio@ofyoubecause.com and we will let you know whether an exchange is possible.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at studio@ofyoubecause.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or return shipping support.

Made-to-Order, Custom, or Personalised Items

Made-to-order, custom, altered, or personalised pieces cannot usually be returned for a change of mind unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sale Items

Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items.
